It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Deliveries will not be left unattended unless specified other ways and must be signed off by a person over the age of 18 to be released.

By agreeing to these ‘Terms and Conditions’ you are confirming you are legally over 18 years of age.

Virtual Liquor recommends that alcohol only be consumed in moderation.

Errors & Omissions

We aim to insure that all the information within this website is up to date and accurate, but there may be some errors and omissions.
Our ‘Terms and Conditions’ may be modified occasionally and all purchases will be made in accordance to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at the time of the transaction.

Registration

To purchase from the Virtual Liquor website you can register or purchase as a guest, but you must leave your details for delivery purposes. You must not use false or misleading information when you register. You will be asked to enter a username and password; you will be responsible for the security of both. You will need to enter both to Login before you can purchase anything and we will assume that any buyer Logged in with your Username and password will be you.

You are responsible for updating and maintaining your details, failure to do so could lead to orders being delivered to a wrong address which ultimately will be your responsibility. Virtual Liquor will not be held responsible for any delivery made to a false or incorrect address. We recommend you double check your details before confirming your order.

Your Registration Details will be kept completely private and in accordance to our Privacy Policy.

Purchases and Payments

At Virtual Liquor we use PayPal for all online credit card payments and transactions, so you can pay in complete safety.

Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Freight may be added at the checkout and will depend on postcode and expenditure or at flat rate.

Stock Availability

Although we have put into place measures to ensure all the products featured in the Virtual Liquor website are available, we cannot guarantee an error has not been made. However, in the event a product is no longer in stock for immediate delivery you will be informed and either:

• You can wait for the product to become available and delivered as soon as it is (this will ensure you receive the product and not miss out again).
• You will be offered a similar product which you may choose to take.
• You can be 100% reimbursed.
• You can be credited against your next purchase.
