Delivery Information
We have an introduction offer of FREE SHIPPING if you purchase 6 items or more *(please note that 1 case is considered 1 item at the checkout) or a FLAT fee applies.
Upon completing the payment of your order you will receive an email confirming the payment has been accepted. Deliveries will be made directly from our warehouse using their regular delivery method. Deliveries shall be made weekdays between 9am and 6pm and should take between 2 and 7 days depending on location, but may take longer. We do not take responsibility if deliveries take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. Most orders will be delivered to your door, unless you live in a remote location of Australia, in which case we will contact you to determine the best points of delivery.
If you are not home to accept the delivery, it will not be left unattended unless you authorise us to do so at the checkout, along with any other requests. Otherwise a calling card will be left and you will be able to reschedule the delivery.
If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, you must inform the delivery man before signing the release form. You will then have two days to notify us at weborder@virtualliquor.com.au and will be of a great help if an image can be sent to us.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge so long as it has not been dispatched. Any time after this you will be able to return it, but you will be charged the delivery fee and the return delivery will also be at your expense. You will be reimbursed the cost of the product when the stock arrives back at the warehouse in perfect condition.
We deliver wine anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters.
