Sauvignon Blanc with pronounced stone fruit aromas and crisp acidity that develop into aromas of honey and truffles over the years. Full bodied wine with golden-yellow color and flavors of peach, pear, mango, white flower and acacia.
Best enjoyed with tuna, prosciutto or veal at 10-12°C.
